On TV, Ace appears to be a nice, friendly, and flamboyant. But in reality, he is very greedy, selfish, easily agitated and gets very upset and he is able to fire anyone for making a small mistake.

With the Winx, Ace is bossy and they say he is annoying. It is not known if Ace really appreciates or wants the Winx, as it brings confusion for him to dismiss Bloom, but later recruits her at the end of the season.
