Anagan is a member of the Wizards of the Black Circle and has the power of super speed. He was frozen in the Omega Dimension along with Ogron, and Gantlos at the end of Season 4 by the Winx and some of the Earth Fairies.
Appearance[]
He has a lip to chin sized goatee, his eyes are black and he has a dark skin tone.
Modern[]
Anagan wears a red and gray long sleeve shirt with leather pants. He wears a long, leather trench coat and his brown-black braided hair is tied up in a pigtail.
Medieval[]
He wore armor from head to toe. His armor shoulder pads a slightly risen, wearing dark pants and an under shirt as well. He also has a cape.
Personality[]
Anagan is rather rude, greedy, and enjoys being better than everyone else or being the best. Like Ogron, he showed camaraderie when Duman was injured. He appears to be quite flirtatious as he did flirt with Flora, commenting on how she would be his if they were not on opposing sides.
He seems to have a lot of knowledge and experience in magic and life.
Games[]
Magic of Believix[]
He appears as an obstacle course for each levels in the game. Once the player shoots him with a spell, he disappears.
Winx Bloomix Quest[]
He appears in the portrait of the Wizards of the Black Circle in the Hall of Enchantments.
Magical Abilities[]
Anagan is the Wizard of Super-Speed, utilizing his powers to disorientate and confuse his opponents; moving so fast it appears if he is teleporting. It also makes him a difficult target. Whenever he runs at an above-average speed his legs glow. If he is running at top speed, faster than what the naked eye can perceive, he appears as a blur.
Like his fellow brethren, his main source of power is the lack of belief in magic and Fairies. His powers are derived from the negative belief in magic which serves as his fuel and weakens fairy magic. Shown with Mitzi and her friends, Anagan can imbue others with his powers. However, like their magic supplier, if belief in magic becomes stronger then their powers weaken and eventually disappear as well. As he is part of the Black Circle, having created it alongside his friends, he can sense and conjure the Black Circle. With his friends, he can conjure up the Black Circle vortex that is used to siphon fairy magic into their possession. Anagan can perform convergence.
Anagan redirects Stella's spell.
Other abilities he has shown include removing mystical traps and redirecting them. As in the case of redirecting Stella's Solar Storm. Anagan is also able to teleport.
Like any magical being, magic can be cancelled when hit by a physical object and Anagan is no different.
He may know some basic, first-level spells that all wizards can use, such as telekinesis, transmuting objects, fixing minor messes.

- Anagan's appearance may have been inspired from Xaldin of the Organization XIII from the Kingdom Hearts II game.
