Pre-Series[]
Anagan was under the command of a powerful Wizard of Illusion, Yllidith and the first Fairy Hunter. Anagan was part of the siege of Tir Na Nog, although the Fairy Hunters won the battle, Yllidith was imprisoned. Anagan never went to free him.
Season 4[]
In Issue 68: Roxy the Seventh Fairy, Anagan appears as Bloom's memories as she recounts their first encounter. She details that he was part of the Wizards of the Black Circle who sought after Bloom in Alfea because they believed she was the last fairy on Earth, not realizing that she is from Domino. When the Black Circle rejected Bloom, he leaves with his fellow members, back to hunting down the real last Earth Fairy.
Anagan had been stalking the Winx and thanks to his enemies, was able to capture Roxy. But he was thwarted by the intervention of the Specialists and Artu, Roxy's dog. With the Winx's new Believix powers, belief in magic was slowly being restored and with no time to waste, Anagan and the Wizards made their move: kidnapping Roxy's father to force her to comply with their demands. But they were forced to flee because the belief in magic made the Winx more powerful and overpowered them. He is no longer mentioned afterwards, which implies that his demise was carried out the same way as it did in the series.
Season 6[]
Anagan is once again seen in a flashback as Morgana tells the Winx of the First Fairy Hunter, Yllidith, whom Anagan respected and feared. He is seen bowing before him.
