Requirements
To earn you Believix form, you have to make people believe in fairies and magic and so, believix can only be earned on Earth. Believix gets stronger when more people believe in magic, which means that if you do not convince people to believe in magic, your powers will weaken.
The Believix comes with 4 types of wings: the normal wings and than you have Speedix, Zoomix and Tracix.
The Winx Club earn their believix in season 4 episode 6 because Roxy believes in them.
Roxy Earns her Believix in season 4 episode 12 because Artu was seriously injured, forcing a transformation out of sheer will like Bloom did to earn her bnchantix. Roxy's Believix is presumably incomplete because she has never used her Speedix, Zoomix or Tracix wings.
In Episode 4x19 the Winx earn another new power called Sophix, this is one of the Gifts of Destiny (gift of knowledge) and give the Winx Club flower and plant powers akin to Flora's.
The second gift (gift of courage) boosts their courage and they earn Lovix, a transformation that gives them ice powers.
The third gift (the gift of darkness) did not give the girls a new transformation, it was a power to bring someone dead back to life and they could use it only one time.
Magical Abilities
With the Believix, a fairy has the power to dig in someone's heart and let people overcome there bad habits or weaknesses. Every fairy has a different type of this power.
Bloom: Force of Life
Stella: Light of Dawn
Musa: Dazzling Heart
Tecna: Gem of the Mind
Roxy: None.
Attacks
Every girl has a special effect added to their attacks, which is different for every girl and has something to do with their main power.
Bloom has hearts.
Stella has stars.
Flora has leaves
Musa has music notes.
Tecna has triangles.
Layla has bubbles.
