Betty is a fairy from Melody and the current owner of Flute of Storms. She is a student of Rhapsody and debuts in Issue 157: The Magic Storm.

Betty has large blue eyes, a fair complexion, and short, jet-black hair. She wears a purple turtleneck jacket over a black and white striped top and a turquoise midi skirt with a yellow floral print. She wears brown boots and gold jewelry on her hands and neck.
