Her wings were originally much larger and were in light cyan and white. She had a full length dress with similar preserved details, though the lining of the would-be crop top has gold lining which also runs up to the top of the dress. It connects to a swan-neck collar. There were two strips of cloth on two sides of Bloom's outfit. She also wore a dark blue leggings. The gloves were more puffed and tied by the ribbons at her elbows. Two more gold jewels attached to her boots, connected to antenna-like fabrics. The boots received the dark blue design inside them. Her heels were originally much lighter in color as well. At some point, she did not have two strips of cloth on two sides of her outfit, instead she had capped sleeves. Her dress did not have a slit on its side, and the gems on her boots had external bases.

In the promotional artwork for Season 3, Bloom's Enchantix outfit color scheme was more elaborate than in the series, which ran from blue, green, yellow until pink. Some gems were also recolored. Some time before, her dress was not going to have a split section in the middle. Her make up was also notably more detailed, including raindrop gems near her waterline. In an earlier concept, she originally had her Believix hairstyle, with a princess style necklace which did not include a fairy dust bottle as evidenced by its lack of presence on the sketch. She also had a dark colored choker, and she had a two piece outfit, connected by a braided belt and ring. Her skirt was two layered with alternating frills resembling flower petals. Her top was a two-strap with large, long wavy pieces of excess fabric flowing down to her belly. At some point, she was intended to have stilettos similar to Butterflix as well. |
Season 4[]

Bloom's Prototype Believix originally consisted of blue translucent wings with glittery turquoise borders and details. They are small, and retain the same shape as her finalized wings, with some similar details. She kept the same hairstyle she had from seasons 1-3, though with a darker hair color with pink highlights ending in two additional small pigtails. She had a blue T-shirt, with a white lace-up vest over. Her skirt was blue, with a black belt and ribbons. The ruffles under the belt were white. Her white shoes had black heels and laces. She had blue knee-length socks, and wore alice-blue and baby-pink loose stockings on top. Her gloves were pale pink. In earlier concepts, she had a pink and black color scheme. She had a pale pink crop-top with a maroon collar. She has a maroon armband on her right arm. She wears a pair of pink shorts with a studded black belt with a translucent pink ruffled overlay under the belt. She wears thigh high grey stockings, and white, knee high sneakers with black laces and pink heels. Her wings were light purple with glittery violet. Her gloves are also grey with maroon trim. Her hair has a top-knot tied by a maroon hair tie, with accessories pointing out of the knot. The rest of her hair is loose. In another concept, she wears an asymmetrical, off-shoulder black crop top, with a grey fingerless sleeve on her right and a fingerless glove on her left hand. She wears a pink skirt with translucent white ruffles and knee-length grey pants underneath. She had white boots with black heels, and hot-pink loose, knee-length stockings. She also has a maroon choker. |
Season 5[]

Her bangs were originally much messier and were more one-sided as well. She would not have fins on her calves, instead she would have two layers of translucent fins tied above her knees. Her wings were more multicolored, shaped like the gills of a lionfish instead. And early iteration of Sirenix was more Gothic, with all of the above changes present alongside more detailed makeup with deep blue eyeshadow, pink highlight, and a plum top. Her darker ribbon armband connects up to her neck and has circuitboard patterns. Her underwater hair color was originally blue with purple highlights, which can be seen in the trailer for season 5 briefly, and in the last episode of the same season. |

She originally had larger wings with a more appropriate appearance with the plot of locking the Legendarium with the appearance of a warrior. Specifically, her wings had more layers and gold detailing. Her suit originally also had lighter colors. |

Season 7[]

In the prototype version of Bloom's Butterflix, she did not have a butterfly on her hair but a matching flower-like object, her wings were bigger and colorful and almost similar to her Mythix, her dress had more colors and her hair was long with braids and stayed in a simple ponytail, her arms wore a ribbon like in her Sirenix's, her shoes were also barefoot sandals, which were similar to her Enchantix's. She also did not possess puffy sleeves at the time. |

Her original wings were significantly different, having no real borders and a completely different shape. Her dress was also altered, though with much less drastic changes. She originally has a single blue skirt with star-studded checkered canvas underlay. Her shoes and collar were exclusively blue. At some point, she had translucent pink shoulder pads as well. |

She originally did not have a deep blue gradient ending at her hands. Her official artwork had many more flower and pearl decorations on her dress as well, in other colors as well such as pale green. |

Season 9[]

Originally, her design was quite similar to that of season 1/2, the top part of her dress was lined with light blue ruffles, and was a symmetrical off-the shoulder dress. Her jewelry was also initially red and her hair accessory was a golden tiara. She wore gloves and large boots in light blue, and wore a small pink bag around her waist. Later, a second design was presented where she wore an embossed and very detailed bodice in blue, blue ribbons on her arms and her skirt and shoulder pads were made of blue and pink tulle. She also wore tights in blue and pink arabesques, and also wore pink and blue wide boots. Her hair was tied back with a blue ribbon, and she had several braids with colored stones. |

Promotional artworks show that her design may have had more gem hair pieces. She also was shown to have the translucent fabric wrapped all over her legs as well, with additional heart shaped patterns. Her belt is also not present, instead being a translucent plum mini-skirt with more, smaller dispersed flowers to cover empty space. |
