Breath of Nature is Flora's Sophix power. It is the force of nature, the vital energy of the root pushing its way above ground. She uses it to grow thick and long vines and/or plants coming from the earth.

Times When Used

• Season 4 Episode 19 - Used to restore the forest.
• Season 4 Episode 20 - Used twice, first to break the chains, then to heal the Sacred Sprout.

Trivia

• In the Nickelodeon dub, this spell is named "Second Nature".
  • "Second nature" means "a mindset, skill, or type of behavior so ingrained through habit or practice that it seems natural, automatic, or without a basis in conscious thought".
