The Shaman Witch is a witch who conquered and took over Icy and Sapphire's home world, Dyamond.
Appearance
She has pale white skin, purple lips, and teeth with fangs. She has braided long red hair which covers her eyes in the front and she wears a deer skull with antlers and feathers. She carries around a wooden staff with the top being similar to tree branches or deer antlers, she wears a necklace with purple crystals, she wears a black dress with the bottom being more dark red and there are some holes at the bottom of her dress. She also wears black gloves with pale purple ribbons around her arms.
Personality
She is a cold, ruthless witch who runs out of patience very easily. She quickly resorts to cursing individuals who cross her. She appears to be very eloquent, yet does not seem to be very observant, as demonstarted by her needing to ask Dyamond's princesses for directions to the very nearby palace.
Pre-Series
The Shaman Witch arrived at Dyamond conquer it but when Sapphire confronted her she turned her into a white fox. After her evil spell on Sapphire, her words frightened Icy so much that Icy was forced to let the Witch conquer Dyamond and turn it into a full icy and cold planet.
Season 8
The Shaman Witch is not seen in the season but she is seen as Icy recalls her attack on Dyamond in her childhood.
Magical Abilities
Like all witches, her powers originated from the negative aspects of magic. She may know some basic, first-level spells that all witches can use, such as telekinesis, transmuting objects, and fixing minor messes. Like all witches, she can fly.
She also has ice powers being able to freeze over most of a planet, and can create ice golem-like monsters who act as her servants and bodyguards. She can transmute things as she was able to turn Sapphire into a fox and has teleporting abilities which is displayed by bright light-purple lightning that strikes ground where she would appear.
It is however unknown if the Shaman Witch is only a type of Witch and her powers a form of Witch magic, or if she is both a Witch and a Shaman and can use both Witch and Shaman magic at the same time.

- The appearance of the Shaman Witch is very similar to and was very likely based on the shaman costume of the singer Maria Franz from the folk music band Heilung.
- Her English voice actress, Cait Powers-Paige also voiced the Monoceros Lumen leader, Asteria.
- Her Italian voice actress, Raffaella Castelli voiced Daphne (from Seasons 1 to 3), Caramel, and Chimera.
