Staryummy

The Staryummies are magical creatures introduced in Season 8. They are transformed Lumens.

Overview

The Staryummies are creatures made out of darkness and is controlled by Valtor. They are also the henchmen of Obscurum. When they are joined together, they become Starchomp. If enough Starchomp merge, they become Stargolems.

Appearance

They have small, dark bluish-purple droplet-shaped body, and have small bright white specks which resemble stars and no visible limbs. They appear to be furry, and have gold-orange eyes and small mouths.

After being transformed to a Staryummy, Lumilla wears a pink ribbon.

Magical Abilities

The Staryummies have the ability to drain star cores of their light. They are also resistant to most types of magic except for light-based sources.

Trivia

• Its name is a blend of the words "star" and "yummy".
  • In case of the latter word, it also sounds like the Japanese word for darkness ("闇", yami).
    • In fact, this fact also came from the Yummies from the Japanese tokusatsu series Kamen Rider OOO.
