"Mission in the Jungle" is the eleventh episode of the seventh season of Winx Club.
Synopsis[]
Roxy asks the Winx for help. On the Earth, the Sumatran Tigers are in danger, because they are hunted by shapeshifting poachers, contaminated by a source of Wild Magic.

There is an emergency on Earth! Shapeshifting monsters are hunting down the endangered Sumatran tiger, and it is up to the Winx to save them.
Plot[]
The gaping hole caused by Stella's shining disco ball; a force landing is made to repair it.
A family of Sumatran tigers hide in a cave from a threat but the parents realize they need to lead them away from their cubs. The parents are cornered and growl aggressively at their hunters.
At Alfea, Stella tries to style the fairy animals. Critty despises her outfit and shreds it (which was a gift for Stella). Shiny on the other, eats plenty of Stella's jewellery, which infuriates her. When Brandon checks up on her, it is clear that Shiny is completely enamored by him. Meanwhile, out in the quad her friends are waiting for her. They also disagree on the whole fairy animal fashion show idea. When Stella arrives with the fairy animals dressed up, one of Roxy's yaffles interrupts to alert them of another emergency. The Winx head to Roxy's room who informs them of Sumatran tigers being hunted by something sinister in their home, the Sumatra Jungle on Planet Earth.
Flora senses the trees' distress. They lead her to the cause.
The Specialists, Nex, the fairy animals, and Kiko (who snuck in) join the Winx on this mission. They head to their destination in Red Fountain's Owl. Unfortunately, thanks to Stella's fairy animal fashion show the aircraft gets damaged. Timmy works on the repairs, while Brandon and Helia guard the aircraft.
The group is split to cover more ground in search of the animals in danger. Bloom, Flora, Musa, and Sky are one group, and Stella, Aisha, Tecna, and Nex are another.
The spring corrupted by wild magic.
While walking the jungle, Flora senses the trees are unhappy and informs her group that something dangerous is lurking nearby. They tread with caution, while Flora leads the way. Tecna herself receives the tigers' coordinates from Timmy and they are nearby. Aisha notices tracks on the ground and upon closer inspection, Nex concludes they are not tiger footprints either. Stella strongly believes it is a monster and that it is somewhere in the jungle. She looks around feeling scared.
The cubs are found!
Meanwhile, the plants and trees guide Flora and her friends to the jungle's main problem: a spring that is corrupted by wild magic. When Sky asks what it is, he is told that it is a form of chaotic, aggressive natural energy. The group concludes the tigers' hunters are powerful, shape-shifting monsters. And these monsters, are stalking them. The group goes on high alert, as they scan their surroundings, a monster charges at them. Sky is able to push it back with his moon khukuri but two more show up. Sky is able to push them back as well. But since they are too fast, Bloom, Flora, and Musa transform to battle them.
Stella purifies the corruption.
The others, Aisha, Stella, Tecna, and Nex succeed in locating the four tiger cubs. The cubs are (understandably) displaying aggression towards them, unsure if they are friends or foes. Nonetheless, as it is still too dangerous for them here, they need to be moved to a safer place. Forcing them is not an option. Nex offers them berries, which they hesitantly eat, it does appear they are lowering their guard. Stella wants to further assure the tiger cubs that they are their friends. So, they transform into their Butterflix forms to do just that. Aisha then gives them some water to quench their thirst. Tecna asks the cubs to show them what had scared them.

The cubs lead them to the monsters their friends are currently fighting but losing against. One nearly takes out Sky until Nex retrieves his discarded weapon (knock out of his hands by the monster) and throws it back to him, allowing Sky to defend himself. After regrouping, Bloom tells Stella about the wild magic corruption. So, Stella purifies it. The monsters return to their human form but these men were indeed poachers. Regardless, their actions had cost the cubs their parents. Feeling guilty after seeing the precious cubs expressing their gratitude to the Winx, the poachers pledge to protect nature and plead for forgiveness. Seeing as they are truly remorseful, the girls do forgive them. As for the tiger cubs new home, Bloom has an idea: an Animal Rescue Park! This park will also be a safe haven for animals in need.

The park is all set up in Gardenia. So, Flora, Stella, and Bloom hand out flyers to advertise it and ask for the people's support. It is a success and people come to visit, including the reformed poachers (who were possibly working at the park as animal handlers).

- The tiger cubs ended up orphaned and roaming through the jungle in fear of something due to a tragedy.
- A spring is corrupted by wild magic, which turn the poachers into aggressive monsters.
- Flora, Musa, Bloom, and Sky locate the corrupted spring. They also encounter the poachers-turned-monsters.
- Tecna, Stella, Aisha, and Nex find the tiger cubs. They earn the cubs' trust, which allowed them to learned what had frightened the cubs - the monsters.
- Stella purifies the corruption, which returns the spring and the poachers to normal.
- The poachers realize what they had done when they ended up hexed by wild magic. They express remorse and vowed to protect nature (including the wildfire).
- The Winx establish an Animal Rescue Park in Gardenia, which is managed and owned by Roxy and supported by the community. This also becomes the tiger cubs new home and for any animals in need.

- The poachers who are chasing the tigers are identical to the same workers who were involved in the part of the destruction of Amazonia in Season 4.
- Nex feeding tiger cubs berries is incorrect (the tiger cubs did eat the berries, devouring them as if they were omnivores). Tigers are strictly carnivorous; their diet consists solely of meat.[1]
- Tigers are actually solitary animals[2] and only the females are involved with raising offspring[3].
