“Floxy is an Elf with special talent for spiteful tricks and bad jokes. He is not particularly intelligent and is the most immature of the Elves. There is nothing that he takes seriously and since his organisational skills are nil, he follows Rex faithfully. Floxy is both lazy and greedy. He loves cakes more than money. Molly Moo is his favourite haunts when he sweeps into Pixieville. Floxy’s personality irritates his fiancé Narcissa who prefers a more competitive and ambitious partner.[1]”

In "Lockette's Secret," Floxy, along Lenny and Rex, eats the Herculean Cake made by Lockette via Caramel's MagicPop. Transformed, he starts destroying the Molly Moo and is defeated by Caramel.
In "My Best Friend" because of Floxy and Narcissa's tricks, Plasto could not get a job. When the elves further deceives him into a bank robbery, Plasto defeats them.
