Pre-Series

Icy is the princess of Dyamond, a planet of the magic dimension. One day, her kingdom is attacked and iced by an unknown shaman witch. In addition, the witch turns Icy's little sister Sapphire into a white fox. Icy can not do anything about it or save her little sister. She then decides to become the strongest witch ever to save her kingdom. In addition, she changes both her hair color, as well as her hairstyle from blond, curly to smooth, silver hair. To get stronger, she later joins two other witches, Darcy and Stormy. From then on they are known as the Trix.

Series

Season 1

IcyS1 — Icy launching an attack at the Winx.

Icy and her sisters had ordered Knut to steal Stella's Ring of Solaria, believing it to contain the greatest power in the Magic Dimension. It is this order that transcribed the events that led Bloom to befriend Stella and learn of her powers.

By the next day, they had learned that Knut failed his mission. While out in town with her sisters, she receives a phone call from Knut. She learns that Stella is within their vicinity and she has Knut meet them at the an alley way after stalking Stella and her friends. Icy is unaware that Bloom had followed Knut and are eavesdropping on their conversation regarding stealing the Ring of Solaria. That is until Darcy senses her presence and reveals her hiding spot. Icy mocks Bloom and when Bloom tries to demonstrate her magical powers, or lack of, Icy shows off her magical skill which easily overpowers Bloom's. She and her sisters take turns in swinging her around until Icy eventually freezes her. She amusingly yet cruelly expresses her "pleasure" in meeting her. That is until Bloom's friends finds them. She is not unnerved by heir bravery and orders Knut to deal with them.

The girls easily overpower Knut however and it annoys Icy as she watches him get slung away. She and her sisters then take matters into their own hands. Making it clear just how powerful the three sisters are to the young fairies. Icy prepares the grand finale and while she is concentrating, Stella teleports her friends to safety and just in the nick of time as Icy blasts the area in a snow blast. When she notices them gone she expresses her irritation.

At school, she is in the main lecture room where Griffin makes an announcement that the Fairies of Alfea had once again, failed to invite the witches to their beginning of the school year party. And so, Griffin decides to use this a teaching lesson in wrecking havoc. She requests her students to submit a proposal and the best one will be allowed to carry it out. Icy finds this a fun idea, although Stormy disagrees, Icy convinces her because it gives them an excuse to go to Alfea, to not only spread terror but also a chance to steal the ring. She and her sisters use the underground tunnels to get into Alfea undetected. Or so they thought, as Bloom had stumbled upon the tunnel entrance too. She quickly retreated and hid while watching out for the trouble they are about to cause. Once she and her sisters entered the school, they quickly find the chest the Red Fountain Specialists plan to give to the fairies. Prior to opening the chest, Icy has Darcy locate Stella's ring which has been placed in a jewelry box. icy then has Stormy open the chest, they find enchanted little eggs to which Icy calls them tacky. They then curse the eggs into snake rat eggs to spread terror. Satisfied with their work, they leave and hide in the thicket to watch the prank unfold. However, much to her dismay, the spell had been counteracted and Icy becomes irate as her plans did not go through. No matter, Icy decides to use her powers to levitate the ring to her. As it nears her, she sees Bloom chasing after it and eventually retake it back. This action enrages Icy and her sisters and they had had enough of her meddling. They attack her but become the catalysts in helping Bloom achieve her fairy form.

Season 2

~Icy's Gloomix Attack~ — Icy in Season 2

Icy, Darcy and Stormy had a smaller role in this season. The three become much meaner during their imprisonment at Lightrock Monastery. They were then freed by Darkar, who then gave them the Gloomix making them much more powerful than before. Now, she and her sisters serve under Darkar.

In "Reaching for the Sky", Icy solved the riddle "What equals the weight of Red Fountain?" by placing a statue that represented morality on the scale and therefore allowing the Trix to steal Red Fountain's Codex.

In "Pixie Village", Darkar summoned Icy to follow Livy to Pixie Village when his "Avalon" pretended to be sick. She managed to freeze the village and threatened Ninfea to give her the fourth Codex, but was robbed of it by Livy. Icy then chased Livy into Downland where she battled Queen Amentia. When it seemed like Icy was done for, Darcy and Stormy arrived to aid her and they steal the fourth Codex.

When they were betrayed Icy, Darcy and Stormy merged together to form the Mega Trix, a dark witch with their three powers combined and all three in control. After Darkar's defeat, the Trix were able to escape.

Season 3

3x05-IceAttack — Icy preparing to attack.

The Trix are frozen in blocks of ice and dropped off in the Omega Dimension thanks to the Light Rock guards hoping Icy and her sisters' hearts will freeze. Icy got out easily cackling and saying, "Try to freeze my heart huh? Don't they know my heart is already so cold, nothing can freeze it!"

While trying to survive the Omega Dimension, the Trix stumble upon a frozen Valtor. Icy releases him and started to work for him. Icy begins to develop a crush on him like the other girls, but starts to doubt Valtor's power when he starts using them for his bidding.

Alongside aiding Valtor in his quest for power (and trying to win his affections), Icy and her sisters continue causing mayhem and sometimes unintentionally, help the Winx to earn their Enchantix. Such as when the Trix went to Linphea and attacked the Winx, resulting in Miele getting knocked into the water. Flora earns her Enchantix because of this, so Icy indirectly helped Flora earn her Enchantix.

Fed up with their constant defeat against the Winx and their Enchantix powers, Valtor grants Icy and her sisters their own Disenchantix; but still are defeated in the end. She and her sisters later laughs at Valtor, reminding him about his defeat at Alfea. When Valtor transforms into monster, Icy loses a little of her respect toward him and even admits that she, Darcy and Stormy have bad taste in men. Valtor overhears what they were saying and displays his true powers by unleashing the spell of the elements upon all of Magix. Seeing as how the Winx stole the Agador Box from Valtor and the man himself being the "monkey in the middle" she loses the last of her respect for him and leaves along with her sisters. She is then recaptured by the Lightrock guards and taken back to the monastery much to her and her sisters' great displeasure.

Season 4

Icy's only appearance within Season 4 is in the episode "The Fairy Hunters" in a portrait alongside Darcy and Stormy. The portrait is the first of many lined along the walls of a section of the Hall of Enchantments reserved for every villain that had posed a universal threat to the Magic Dimension.

Icy herself presumably remains imprisoned within the walls of Lighthaven serving out a much harsher sentence as a result of working under both Darkar and Valtor, as well as her own crimes.

Season 5

In Season 5, Icy and the other Trix are seen in the prison of Andros, where they meet Tritannus, who seems to be interested in her. After he turns into a monster by absorbing pollution from an explosion on an oil rig on Earth that spread through the oceans and reached his cell on Andros, he and the Trix escape from prison together. The Trix and Tritannus then go to Earth to gain more pollution as the Winx battle them.

Icy and the Trix receive a power up from Tritannus so they can become stronger than the Winx. They then go to the Archives of Alfea and a battle begins. Icy tries to hurl ice at Bloom but Sky jumps in the way and falls off the platform causing him to gain amnesia. The Trix then leave as Faragonda and Griselda arrive.

Icy reports to Tritannus about the fight but he gets mad because they did not finish off the Winx. The Trix sneak outside Alfea as Darcy plants a curse on Tecna's phone. Later on, after gaining Daphne's cursed Sirenix in Sirenix, she intercepts a fatal blow from Bloom's Lava Jab saving Tritannus, in The Pillar of Light. In Eclipse, she was revealed to be okay. Later during the getaway Tritannus acknowledges that she protected him. She then replies by saying that she would do anything for him.

After Tritannus protects Icy from Devourer and after getting the seal from Pillar of Balance, he protected her from the Winx. Darcy and Stormy had possessed the Singing Whales of Melody and they tell Icy to ditch Tritannus, which Icy again refuses. When the Winx destroyed the final seal, Darcy and Stormy left Tritannus and Icy, believing that Tritannus' dreams won't come true. Icy stays by his side and tries to get the Sirenix Powers of Politea, Daphne's old friend. Unfortunately Daphne warns Bloom, who gets into Icy's way and Darcy and Stormy steal Politea's powers right in front of Icy's face. Icy brings Tritannus to Earth, where she freezes a factory that Tritannus uses to create an pollution rain to refuel. Tritannus then attacks the Pillar of Light to get Aisha and her Sirenix to power up the Throne. After succeeding, Tritannus is possessed by the Thrones destructing power and he attacks Icy, who is then protected by Darcy and Stormy. Icy reunites with her sisters and breaks up with Tritannus. They try to win against Tritannus, but instead he sends them flying away, leaving their current location unknown.

She and her sisters return as the main antagonists in this season.

In the first episode, they are seen in the Infinite Ocean where Darcy and Stormy are lead somewhere by Icy. They appear in front of an underwater cavern where the Beast of the Depths dwells and using it to cause mayhem and destruction on Domino which ruined the party that was being held to celebrate Daphne's return as a corporal being. As the citizens of Domino flee into the palace Daphne explains that the beast can only be controlled by one person and that is the Nymph of Domino. The Winx then go to Lake Roccaluce to find the source of inspiration in order to help Daphne regain her confidence, there the Trix ambushes them but are quickly defeated.

In the next episode, Icy appears with her sisters as they make a surprise entrance into Cloud Tower while Selina is demonstrating the power of her Legendarium to Griffin. Griffin tried to force them out of her school but they were too strong and turned her into crow. Afterwards, Icy and her sisters claim the school they then change into their new outfits, levitate the school, explain that their goal now is to conquer all of the Magic Dimension's schools and orders the students to return to their dorms.

The Trix stop Selina before she heads into her dorm in order to talk to her about the Legendarium. They compromise with her saying that should she lend them her book's power they in turn the will teach her all that they know about the dark arts to which she gladly accepts.

Icy and her sisters then travel to Linphea College where they ordered Selina to release the Treants. And since Cloud Tower was hovering over the school the Winx realize the magic was coming from there, they enter and thought the Trix was the source but they were wrong and discovered it was coming from Selina, the Winx try to attack her but Selina made powerful protective energy field that resulted in all of the Winx to be teleported outside of Cloud Tower and removed their powers except for Bloom.

On their first successful attempt at conquest on Linphea, Icy enjoys this success as she watches the staff and students being captured by the Treants with her sisters. However, the Winx, Specialists and Paladins returned to end this once and for all which they did. The Trix bitterly accepted their defeat and then went to the Eraklyon Institute and tried to conquer them. And soon Diaspro appears in front of them. At first the three of them thought she wanted to fight them but were offered a chance of cooperation seeing as their goal is the almost the same. They accepted her proposal.

Stormy, along with the Trix yet again made another surprising return at the end of "Valtor's Shadow," where Valtor frees them from Limbo and asks for their help.

Movies

The Secret of the Lost Kingdom

TrixSLK — The Trix with the Ancestral Witches.

Icy and her sisters appear in the very last scene of The Secret of the Lost Kingdom following the destruction of Obsidian.

Though defeated, the Ancestral Witches were freed from their imprisonment within the Obsidian Dimension unintentionally thanks to the Winx's efforts, and the Witches quickly use their newfound freedom to seek out new bodies to possess so that they may destroy the Winx at a later time. Their search ultimately leads them to their modern descendants, the Trix, with whom they begin conspiring with; signaled by all six of them cackling maniacally.

Magical Adventure

Icy in the second movie

Icy along with Darcy and Stormy show up in the beginning of the movie when they sneak into Alfea and ruin the beginning of year ceremony as a diversion to be able to steal a magical compass. The Trix use the compass to locate the Pixie Village. Once there, they lead the Ancestral Witches to the Tree of Life.

Unfortunately for Icy, her obsession with wanting to kill Bloom ultimately became her downfall and lead to the Trix and Ancestral Witches' defeat.

The Fate of Bloom

IcyNick — Icy in Nickelodeon's One-Hour Special.

Icy and her sisters had sent Knut to retrieve Stella's ring only to be angered by his failure to do so. Until Knut explains that a powerful fairy thwarted his plans. Intrigued, she asks him to continue explaining.

Icy decides to have Knut meet her, Darcy, and Stormy in an alley. Icy asks the ogre if he had found the very powerful fairy he spoke of. Knut in a scared tone, says no but mentions he saw Stella. Their conversation is interrupted when Darcy senses someone watching them. Darcy duplicates herself to trick the spy into thinking she was still there. Icy, Stormy, and Knut wait and Darcy eventually forces the spy, Bloom, out of hiding. Icy and her sisters' threatening stance makes Bloom try to seem powerful by stating she is a fairy. Icy is however, unimpressed by her weak magical beam that barely reached her. She "introduces" herself to Bloom by trapping her in ice as a demonstration of what real magic looks like.

Her fun in torturing Bloom is interrupted when the fairy's friends come to help. She had Knut deal with them first but he failed and so Icy and her sisters take over. She has no trouble handling the inexperienced fairies but as she is charging up one of her more powerful spells, she is unaware that they had escaped until she finally casts it. This infuriates her.

Later, she and the other Trix teleport to Alfea. She assumed the school was empty until they looked into the Winx's dorm to see the fairies and the Specialists having a party. They teleport back to Alfea's quad. Icy has a hunch that the power they are seeking is somewhere in the school. So, she and her sisters summon their vacuums to help with their search. To distract their enemies she summons a Cretian Minotaur to trash the school, but they were caught by the Winx, Specialists and Miss Faragonda. She and her sisters are chided for their behavior by the headmistress who also explains that their actions warrant a complaint that will be sent to Miss Griffin (their headmistress). They are then sent back to their school.

However, her encounters with Bloom led to her and her sisters to suspect that Bloom holds the power they are seeking. With her sisters, Icy enters the magical reality chamber (where Bloom's simulator test is being held) to test her and confirms their suspicions - Bloom is the Keeper of the Dragon's Flame, the greatest source of power in the Magical Dimension.

Revenge of the Trix

Icy manages to trick Bloom into thinking, she was a witch but was foiled by Mirta, who Icy turned into a pumpkin. She then went to Earth along with Darcy and Stormy to steal Bloom's power, and she also managed to connect the dots for Bloom about her powers.

The Battle for Magix

Icy along with Darcy and Stormy managed to take over Cloud Tower, summon the Army of Darkness and destroy Red Fountain. She had a final confrontation with Bloom which resulted in her defeat and the Trix's downfall.

The Shadow Phoenix

Icy was seen in Light Rock Fortress after her defeat at the hands of Bloom. She, Darcy and Stormy were rescued by Darkar and were given their Gloomix powers. She managed to steal the Codex from Pixie Village without any difficulty. After Bloom went Dark, Darkar took back their Gloomix and sent Icy, Darcy and Stormy back to Light Rock.
