Winx Club[]
Season 1[]
Musa wears a cream-colored bodysuit. The bodysuit has a puritan collar and long, puffy sleeves with slits on the wrists. Outside the bodysuit is a crimson/velvet-colored tailcoat-like coat. The coat has a gold brooch attached to it. She also wears crimson/velvet-colored boots. On the boots are decorations resemble the brooch on the coat. Her originally golden wings consist of a pair of large upper wings and tiny lower wings, resembling a pair of butterfly wings with piano-key shaped details. Her weapon is a silver flute. An earlier concept gave her a swan necked collar with translucent fabric, attached to a long-sleeved, off the shoulder dress ending in a similar, yet less flashy tail-coat. she also appeared to wear thigh high socks, with shorter boots. Her wings also had less curvature and detail.

Season 3[]
Originally, she had lighter colored sideburns in her hair, which can still be seen in some episodes of season 3 like "The Black Willow". Her pigtails were also going to have the same colored highlights as seen in episodes such as "The Wizard's Challenge". Her make up was also notably more detailed, including raindrop gems near her waterline. She also only had yellow accents, with no orange colors. Her top was also going to be darker in shade. Errors shown in episodes such as "Alfea Under Siege" and some comics suggest that her skirt may have been dusty pink and magenta instead, as are her top's leaflets. In some promotional artworks, she had her top's petal like ribbons attached to her shoulder strap with some additional jewels as well. Presumably, she was intended to have stilettos similar to Butterflix as well. In "In the Snake's Lair", Musa's Top and skirt are connected in a one-piece outfit, with different details. This possibly suggests that she would have had an alternate design of a one-piece suit as well. |
Season 4[]
Musa had straight cut bangs and small curled pigtails held by lavender scrunchies with the rest of her long curled hair flowing. In addition, she also had lighter side-burns and had a similar top to her final design, though without the extra pink top underneath. Her belt was black with lavender ruffles. Her differently-shaped wings were lined with glittery violet and were light purple in color. An earlier edition of this concept had her left glove colored white, and her shoes had black straps and heels. A later revision of this concept showed that the straightened her loose hair and added her light pink top underlay. |
Season 5[]
Musa's hairstyle was different, not having any free and loose, flowing bangs.
She originally had lighter colored side burns which mimic her Enchantix concept. She also had purple highlights which returned in season 8. Her hair accessory was going to be all magenta as well. Her wings were more multicolored, shaped like the gills of a lionfish instead. It can be safely assumed she would not have fins on her calves, instead she would have two layers of translucent fins tied above her knees. |
Season 6[]
She originally had larger wings with a more appropriate appearance with the plot of locking the Legendarium with the appearance of a warrior. Specifically, her wings had lighter colors, with gold detailing. A later concept showed that she did not appear to posses lower limbs on her wings.
She originally has music note decorations protruding from her shoulder strap. |
Season 7[]
Presumably, she would not have a butterfly on her hair but a matching flower-like object, her wings would be bigger and colorful and almost similar to Bloom's Mythix, her dress would have more colors and her hair would have an alternate hairstyle, her arms wore a ribbon like in her Sirenix's, her shoes were also barefoot sandals, which were similar to her Enchantix's. As seen in the Magix Mayhem Game, her intended hairstyle was a high, curly ponytail.
She originally wore her hair into curled pigtails like in her Mythix form. |
Season 8[]
Her original wings were significantly different, having no real borders and a completely different shape.
She originally had a blue and pink color scheme, like the rest of the group. She also appeared to have much more colorful highlights. An earlier concept showed that her design was originally going to possess a multilayered ruffled miniskirt which resembles coral and seaweed, without translucent fabrics on her sides. |
World of Winx[]
Season 1[]
She was shown to not have originally possessed translucent fabrics on her suit. |
Season 2[]
Promotional artworks show that she had the translucent fabric wrapped all over her legs as well, with additional music note patterns. Her belt is also not present, instead being a translucent violet mini-skirt with more, smaller dispersed flowers to cover empty space. |
