Occula's appearance resembles that of an owl. Her body is covered with purple feathers. Their are white feathers around the chest and head. And there are red markings, all over her body.

Occula, Frostbite, and Kemmy were called forth from the Legendarium World by Brafilius, who had acquired the Ultimate Power of the Fairy Animals and wanted an army of the strongest Fairy Animals across all the dimensions. This led to the Trix being released from the Legendarium World, as Occula had bonded with Stormy, Frostbite bonded with Icy, and Kemmy bonded with Darcy.
