He makes his only appearance in "The Last Fairy on Earth". During the Winx's stay at Vanessa and Mike's house, they began to search for work in order to help out. The girls had not noticed that Mr. Rooney had been observing them and he offered them a job at his toy factory and thanks to this, the old stuffed toys were brought to life and become the Fairy Pets.
