Sebastian's Villa is, as its name implies, the home of Sebastian, his expensive art collection and his faithful butler, Godfred. Located in the city of London, the villa is featured exclusively within World of Winx.

When she was but a child, Wendy Darling used to live in the villa with her family. After making friends with the enigmatic Peter Pan, Wendy would often be visited by him until she and her family moved out.

Many years later, Sebastian bought the villa and made it his new home where he could keep and add onto his precious art collection.
