Wait should his origin be the Realm of Dreams (or is it Neverland?) or is that not how the story or the show implies it?

The Wiki is actively working to combine the articles Neverland and World of Dreams as they are the same place. In answer to your question, we don't know if Jim originated from there, at least, we don't know yet. In the trailer, he only stated that he lived there. :)

Wait, yeah. Jim's origins should be changed to Neverland. It's very much implied that he's from there like all of the other characters that first appeared there and, in the season one finale, the Shaman even says that Tinkerbell banished him to Earth when he began to work against her. It was said that Tinkerbell somehow made Jim younger. Do we know how or why that happened? What did older Jim look like?

Sadly, no. It's just stated off-handedly that Tinkerbell gifted Jim with his youth back before he promptly started working against her favor. (SolanaCorona (talk) 04:32, February 19, 2019 (UTC))
