"Ursula Pascal" is a witch who attends Cloud Tower. Her real name is unknown as Ursula Pascal is an alias.[1]
Appearance
"Ursula" has fair skin, and purple lips. She has short blue punk-like hair. Her outfit is blue, purple, and gray. She wears a gray vest, a magenta top with straps, a gray belt that is higher on one side, a dark short purple skirt, gray leggings and dark colored boots.
Personality
"Ursula" is arrogant, and follows everyone. She seems to be really mean and violent. She is pretentious and gets excited for bad things like street fights and attacks on a school. "Ursula" seems to have a humorous side, as during a transformation class when Tabitha caused her nose to grow larger, "Ursula" was one of the witches to laugh at this.

Season 1
In "Betrayed!," after Musa slaps Icy in a blind rage, Icy and Stormy call their fellow witches into action and all of them, "Ursula" included, chase Musa throughout the streets of Magix City throwing various magic blasts at her for revenge. When they finally corner Musa in an alleyway, "Ursula" and her fellow classmates watch on as the Trix and Riven combat the Winx and Specialists.
Season 2
In "Twinning with the Witches," she is seen in a flashback to witches chasing Musa in Magix City.

"Ursula" is in Cloud Tower in the cafeteria with Shilly and another witch when the Trix come to take over Cloud Tower, like the rest of the students she is caught in Stormy's tornado, but is saved by Griffin.
Movies
Magical Adventure
She is first seen in Cloud Tower, during a class with Griffin as three students try to transform. When a fellow student tries to transform she was only able to make her nose, "Ursula" and the other Cloud Tower students laugh at her. She is later seen at Alfea preventing a witch with dark purple hair form eating a cupcake, since the witches put a spell on the food that would cause anyone who ate it to turn into a frog. Later during the fight between the Winx and the Trix, "Ursula" is hit by Musa's Power of Harmony spell. It works at first but then if fails.

In Love & Pet E I Cuccioli Stregati (Translation: Love & Pet and the Bewitched Puppies), she is working with Vanesia and another witch (with hair that is a medium dark shade of magenta) at the shop ”AnimHate” under the nickname Ursula Pascal.
Magical Abilities
Like all witches, her powers are derived from the negative aspects of magic. "Ursula" may know some basic, first-level spells that all witches can use, such as telekinesis, transmuting objects, and fixing minor messes. Like all witches, she can fly. Her magic is red in color.
