A Kingdom of Lumens
Intro/Recap
Narrator: During the night of shooting stars, the Winx met Twinkly, a Lumen from outer space. After the Winx saved her from some mysterious creatures called Staryummies, Twinkly offers to lead the six fairies to Lumenia, where they will meet her Queen Dorana.
Scene: Winx's Dorm
Twinkly: Where am I? Today, I'm going back to Lumenia! Kiko! Did you hear? Today is going to be stellar!
Scene: Bloom & Flora's Room
- Bloom is texting Sky*
Flora: Clothes, shoes, jasmine cream. I think I have everything. Bloom? Are you still texting
your prince charming?
Bloom: I'm just telling Sky we're about to leave on a new mission.
Flora: You'll have to water your sisters while I'm gone.
Scene: Stella's Room
Stella: No way! I still can't decide what to pack.
- She opens her closet*
Stella: All right. Showtime!
Scene: Tecna & Musa's Room
- Musa's loud music makes Tecna's packed clothes become a mess*
Tecna: MUSA!
- Musa couldn't hear her so she grabs a pillow and throws at Musa*
Musa: Oh, sorry, Tecna. Did you say something?
Scene: Alfea Courtyard
Tecna: Do you have any idea what's taking Stella so long?
Stella: Here I am! Phew. What's wrong? Uh, I didn't know what to bring, so I took everything!
- Bloom's phone beeps*
Bloom: The Specialists were fighting some kind of dangerous monster.
Winx: Uh, and?
Bloom: They've just landed back at Red Fountain, safe and sound.
Stella: Let's stop and say hi before we leave for Lumenia.
Bloom: But we don't have time.
Stella: Come on! Please! That's too bad, Bloom, especially since... The guys have a surprise for us at Red Fountain!
Bloom: Okay. We'll just drop in to say hi, and then go.
Aisha: Yes!
Tecna & Flora: Can't wait, can't wait!
Scene: Red Fountain
Bloom: Sky, seeing you is the best.
Aisha: Nex, I really missed you.
Stella: Brandon, so where's our surprise?
Brandon: Right behind you.
- All gasp*
Aisha, Tecna & Flora: Riven?
Musa: What? What are you doing here?
Bloom: You could have told us.
Sky: Riven just showed up and rescued us during our last mission.
Timmy: Without him, those monsters from the Omega Dimension would have had us for lunch.
Helia: His help was essential. So we decided to welcome him back to the Specialist Team.
Musa: I haven't heard from you for so long. And now that you're back, you didn't even call to tell me? Same old egomaniac.
Sky: Riven has changed. He's already proved it to us.
Musa: Right. To you, not to me.
Bloom: Musa.
Riven: Musa is right, Bloom. I've been out of touch the whole time. I can see that.
Stella: He looks different.
Tecna: Too soon to tell.
Flora: Um, we really should get going. We do have an important mission, girls.
Bloom: Right. We only have to save the universe, as usual.
Sky: Hey, that sounds dangerous. We could come along, in case you girls need help.
Aisha: You've done enough today with your surprise. Leave it to us.
Sky: But...
Riven: Better let them go, Sky.
Scene: Alfea Courtyard
Bloom: We're ready.
Stella: Oh! How can I be such an airhead?
- Stella runs away*
Twinkly: Where have you been? I couldn't find you anywhere.
Bloom: Sorry, Twinkly. We're ready now.
Stella: Good thing I remembered. I can't live without this. Here I am.
Bloom: Twinkly, lead the way.
Twinkly: Actually, it's not so much where, but how we're going to travel. These outfits will let you travel in space. We can go now.
Stella: Hey, wait a second! My clothes! No! No! No!
Scene: Space
Twinkly: Home!
Aisha: Is that Lumenia?
Flora: Wonderful!
Stella: It's the brightest star in the Magical Universe. Check out that shine.
Scene: Lumenia
Lumen #1: Look! Twinkly is back!
Lumen #2: Who are they?
Lumen #3: They're huge.
Lumen #4: They're giants.
Stella: Everything here is starsome! Hi, Lumens! I'm Stella.
- Lumens hide*
Twinkly: Sorry. They're just shy.
Bloom: We're the Winx and we're here to help you.
Dorana: They are just a bit cautious. But also sweet and affectionate once they make friends.
Twinkly: Queen Dorana, ruler of all the stars.
Dorana: Welcome back, Twinkly. And our gratitude for bringing the Wins to Lumenia. Thank you for coming.
Bloom: We couldn't ignore your call for help, Your Majesty.
Dorana: The cores of many stars throughout the Magic Universe have been weakening. And I fear that Lumenia will be next.
Aisha: That's weird. Lumenia looks pretty shiny to me.
Dorana: It is the Lumens themselves who feed the core with light, thanks to their magic dust. And you are right. For now, this star is in perfect health. But look. Can you see those rivers of light? The yellow river cannot reach my palace any longer. Something in the forest is holding back the river's course and weakening my powers. I must recover my powers. I can sense a great threat on the horizon.
Bloom: Don't worry. Twinkly can lead us. We'll search up and down the river and figure out what's behind this. Magic Winx, Butterflix!
- Butterflix transformation*
Bloom: Bloom, fairy of the Dragon Flame!
Musa: Musa, fairy of music!
Tecna: Tecna, fairy of technology!
Flora: Flora, fairy of nature!
Aisha: Aisha, fairy of waves!
Stella: Stella, fairy of the shining sun
- Transformation ends*
Scene: Forest
Bloom: How much longer, Twinkly?
Twinkly: We're almost there. Look.
Bloom: Here's where the light ends, I guess.
Flora: Someone dug a hole in the ground to divert the course of the river.
Twinkly: So if you close this hole, everything will go back to normal.
Aisha: Well, if we don't take out that dome of dark magic, we won't even be able to get close to it.
Twinkly: Uh, don't look at me. The last time I tried, it didn't go well.
Stella: I'm gonna try. Sunrise Power! Yes!
Twinkly: Wow! So amazing, Stella. I would have never made it.
Stella: Now let's fly down there and find out what's going on.
Scene: Cavern
Bloom: There's a cavern down here.
Tecna: Is that some kind of machine? The river of light is draining into it.
Flora: With this here, the river will never reach Dorona's palace.
Twinkly: Who could have done this? We must stop it.
- The machine grants life to the golems and they begin to attack*
Bloom: Twinkly, look out!
Musa: If you wanna dance, then dance to this!
Bloom: Fire Attack! Our magic is being absorbed by those crystals. We'll never beat them like this.
Tecna: Let's try to hit them simultaneously.
Stella: Bright Aura!
Tecna: Stella, we gotta hit the same golem.
Stella: Why didn't you just say so?
- A golem gets Musa*
Musa: Ugh, let me go, you rocky thing!
Bloom: Our powers are not working.
Sky: Need a hand, girls?
Riven: Leave Musa, now!
- Riven attacks the monster and it releases Musa*
Sky: Attack! It's not finished yet. Bloom, try to distract them while we attack.
Bloom: Did you hear that, girls? Teamwork!
Aisha: Watch your six, golem.
Bloom: Come here, monster!
Musa: Yes!
Riven: Musa!
Bloom: If they absorb magic, try to see if they absorb this! Hya!
- When the golems are defeated, Valtor's mark appears for a second*
Musa: Did you see it?
Aisha: That symbol...
Bloom: Valtor?
Flora: It can't be. I mean, if it is, does that mean he...
Stella: He's back. What now?
- The machine attacks them*
Bloom: Girls, now it's our turn.
- The machine is broken after their attack but someone laughs*
Obscurum: Really?
- He kicks the helmet*
Obscurum: This was just a tiny taste of my incredible power.
Stella: So, who are you supposed to be?
Obscurum: I am the great Obscurum. And you haven't heard the last of me. Bye bye!
- Obscurum leaves*
Riven: Whoever he is, I hope he's learned his lesson.
Scene: Forest
Aisha: Morphis Bolt! That did it. Now, Obscurum won't be able to block the river.
Twinkly: Hooray!
Musa: We trusted you guys. But you were sneaking around and following us.
Sky: That's not true, Musa. We just thought...
Musa: You just thought that we couldn't handle it by ourselves.
Bloom: It's okay, Musa. Without their help, that would have been a close one.
Riven: It's my fault. I convinced everyone to follow you. I just want you to know that I'll always be there when you need me.
Bloom: You were a big help. So thank you, guys.
Sky: It's time to go, Specialists.
- The boys leave*
Aisha: You were pretty scary, you know. He's being so nice.
Musa: He still has a lot to prove to me.
Scene: Dorana's Palace
Dorana: Thank you for everything, Winx. Now, my powers have been replenished.
Bloom: We may know who is behind the attack to the river. An old friend of ours.
Stella: When we finished up with the golem, something appeared.
Musa: Something we could never forget. The symbol of Valtor.
Dorana: Valtor?
Tecna: He is a very powerful dark sorcerer we defeated a while ago.
Aisha: But maybe he's back now and could be connected to that Obscurum.
Scene: Lumenia
Lumen #5: You should see them. They're so beautiful.
Obscurum: Our plan worked, my lord. Thanks to my diversion, the Winx were drawn away from the star core.
Valtor: Don't lose your focus, Obscurum. You must still carry out the attack.
Obscurum: Consider it done. And Lumenia already wrapped in darkness, my lord. Very well. Let's get started.
Scene: Dorana's Palace
- Dorana grunts in pain*
Bloom: Dorana!
Dorana: The core. Someone is attacking Lumenia's core.
Twinkly: Oh, no! What do we do now?
Bloom: I'm sure Obscurum is behind this.
Dorana: To save Lumenia, you will need a new power. And now that I have recovered mine, I shall grant it to you. This is the magic of Cosmix, an immense power that will allow you to bring light back to the cores of each and every star.
- Cosmix transformation*
Bloom: Thank you, Dorana. We'll make the most of it. I swear.
Scene: Lumenia
- Staryummies appear from various black holes and start sucking on the core*
Obscurum: Go, Staryummies! Absorb all the light from Lumenia.
Ending
Narrator: The Staryummies, led by Obscurum, are about to absorb the energy of Lumenia's star core. The Winx have to find a way to stop the creatures before it's too late. And if Lumenia's core goes out, the star will fall into darkness.
