Orion's Secret
Intro/Recap
Narrator: The Winx and Twinkly arrived on the starship Peripla on a mission to save it from Obscurum and his staryummies while posing as intergalactic pop stars. Meanwhile, Valtor summoned a black hole to trap the Owl with all the Specialists on board.
Scene: Valtor's Hideout
Valtor: Behold my handiwork, Obscurum! With my power, I'll absorb Peripla and everyone onboard into the void!
Scene: Control Room
Twinkly: Yes! You did it! You did it!
Captain: The core is shining again! I don't know how to thank you.
Stella: Hey! What's happening now?
Captain: Oh no! Red alert, red alert!
Bloom: That's the black hole! The Specialists barely escaped it. But it's even bigger and now, it's pulling us in!
Scene: Specialists' Spacecraft
Brandon: An emergency landing was not my favorite thing ever!
Nex: That was too close for comfort, guys.
Sky: Timmy, how long will it take to fix the Owl?
Timmy: Too long, I'm afraid. The protophotonic ejectors are toast.
Scene: Peripla
Orion: There's not much time before that black hole pulls us in. I've got to find that ruby and get out of here!
Scene: Control Room
Tecna: No way! The engines don't have enough power!
Captain: Hard to port, crew! Let's turn this starship! Lumens, stardust levels to maximum!
Bloom: We need to give the core a boost!
Twinkly: Come on, Lumens, don't give up!
Bloom: It's still not enough!
Scene: Valtor's Hideout
Valtor: Farewell, Winx! You lose!
Scene: Control Room
Captain: The core doesn't have enough stardust yet but my Lumens are too tired!
Aisha: We can't give up now!
Bloom: What if we used our Cosmix power to give the Lumens a boost? That should give them all the energy they need to fill up the core!
Stella: You're a genius, Bloom!
Bloom: Winx, form up!
Winx: Cosmix Power!
Bloom: It's working!
Scene: Valtor's Hideout
Valtor: No! Peripla is escaping the black hole! I must increase the power of my spell!
Scene: Control Room
Bloom: Winx, let's keep on boosting the Lumens!
Captain: Crew, hard to starboard! Engines at full power! The danger is behind us! We're safe!
Twinkly: Okay, that was scary.
Lumen #1: Thank you!
Lumen #2: You saved us!
Bloom: Luckily, your ruby was able to channel and absorb all that energy!
Scene: Peripla
Orion: The ruby! I've finally found it. I must have it.
Scene: Valtor's Hideout
Valtor: I cannot believe it! They did it again!
Obscurum: Don't let it get you down, Your Darkness! We'll steal the energy of other stars, and we'll make you a strong sorcerer again.
Valtor: Are you saying that I'm weak?
Obscurum: Of course not!
Valtor: See that you don't. And don't forget your own failings. The Winx are still fluttering around happily in space.
Obscurum: Have pity! Please don't send me to the Trap Dimension!
Valtor: Out of my sight! Leave me be!
Scene: Control Room
Captain: Your friends are great allies. But don't you think you owe me an explanation, Twinkly?
Twinkly: Um... right. Well... The Winx are not just a music band. They are fairies and they're on a mission on behalf of Queen Dorana!
Bloom: Our mission is to save the stars from the threat of Valtor, an evil sorcerer.
Flora: We didn't say anything because we didn't want to scare you!
Stella: But on the bright side, we can still put on our concert, as promised!
Scene: Peripla
Orion: Someone is coming! I better hide!
- He drops his scope by accident*
Brandon: I cannot wait to see Bloom, guys. Your surprise is gonna leave her speechless!
- Riven sees the scope and picks it up*
Riven: That's weird! This doesn't look like Lumen technology.
Scene: Control Room
Stella: Brandon!
Bloom: Are you alright? I was so worried!
Sky: We always manage to get through these things one way or another.
Flora: Great to see you!
Riven: Hey!
Bloom: You are just in time! Ready for an awesome concert?
Sky: Sure! But before that, I have a promise to keep. Hey, little stars! Can you give me a little help?
Scene: Peripla
Orion: That was close. They almost saw me! I just have to wait for the right moment to steal the ruby.
Scene: Auditorium
Tecna: So, Bloom came up with the idea of using our Cosmix powers to boost the Lumens!
Aisha: And saved the day, as always!
Lumen #3: Bloom! Bloom! Quick, come with us! Sky needs you!
Bloom: Sky? What happened?
Lumen #3: Uh... we don't know! He just told us to come get you!
Lumens: Super-immediately!
Scene: Peripla
Bloom: Can you tell me where we're going?
Lumens: Come on! This way now, Bloom.
Lumen #4: And now you're ready! Bye bye!
Bloom: Wait! What does that mean?
- Sky shows up*
Bloom: It's... it's wonderful!
Sky: If I recall, I owe you one surprise. First, I was planning a picnic under the stars. But, a picnic among the stars is so much better.
Bloom: Oh, Sky! It's beautiful! It's picnic 2.0! Thank you, Sky.
Scene: Auditorium
Riven: Hm... have you picked the opening number for your concert?
Musa: We... have a new song.
Riven: Wanna give it a test run now?
Musa: Fine.
- Riven spots Orion*
Musa: Hey, is something wrong?
Riven: Sorry, Musa. There's something I need to double check.
Aisha: Are you okay?
Musa: I just can't understand him.
Lumen #5: When does it start?
Twinkly: Soon! You'll see, it will be stellar!
- The light is off*
Twinkly: Yay! It's finally time!
- The music plays*
Scene: Control Room
- Orion steals the ruby so the engines are down*
Riven: The engines have shut off!
- Riven sees through the trick and prepares something*
Riven: Nice trick, but I've got tricks of my own!
- Orion is revealed after the item Riven threw explodes*
Riven: You've picked a fight with the wrong guy! Now, put back that ruby!
Orion: Come and get me!
Scene: Peripla
- Riven chases after him*
Riven: Stop, you thief! It's a trick!
Orion: That's right! Just a hologram!
Riven: Stop! There's no way out!
Orion: You sure about that?
Riven: Hm. You think you're so smart, huh? End of the line! Give me the ruby!
Orion: Ah, I'm really sorry, but I... I have to go.
Riven: NO!
- His spacecraft shows up and Orion escapes*
Riven: He did it again. An asteroid? What's happening? No! Without the ruby, Peripla is out of control! We're heading straight for that asteroid field!
Scene: Auditorium
Lumen #6: Did you hear that?
Lumen #7: What's happening? It's shaking!
Bloom: I've got a bad feeling about this! Let's get back to the control room! Now!
Scene: Control Room
Lumen #7: That's impossible! Who could have done this?
Bloom: What happened?
Lumen #7: Someone stole the ruby!
Captain: We can't steer Peripla without it. We're adrift!
Riven: It was the thief we were after before! I almost got him, but he escaped on a cloaked spacecraft!
Sky: We can still catch him!
Bloom: Winx, we've got to save Peripla!
Scene: Valtor's Hideout
Valtor: What a wonderful opportunity, Obscurum! I'll destroy the Winx once and for all!
- He creates an asteroid monster*
Scene: Space
Musa: Now, where did that come from?
Aisha: I think we have a little gift from Valtor.
Bloom: Watch out!
Flora: We have to fight back!
Musa: Sonic Shake!
Bloom: Let's show this box of rocks that we're the Winx!
Flora: Our magic isn't doing anything! It's too strong!
Bloom: Taking it down won't be easy! But we gotta do it to save Peripla!
Scene: Valtor's Hideout
Valtor: I expended too much of my power to summon that black hole! I must persist. Vaporize the Winx! Now!
Scene: Space
Tecna: Girls, I think... I think I got it! The monster is controlled by Valtor's magic.
Bloom: So we have to attack when the effect disappears. Like... right now!
Scene: Valtor's Hideout
Valtor: This can't be. Ugh! Not again!
Scene: Specialists' Spacecraft
Helia: We're almost on him!
Riven: Let's play a trick on our tricky little friend. He's not the only one who can go invisible.
Scene: Orion's Spacecraft
Orion: It's finally mine! Now, I can restore Iridia's light.
- The Specialists burst in*
Riven: I'm sorry, but I think your career as a thief is over!
- Orion surrenders*
Scene: Control Room
Twinkly: You saved us from that monster!
Captain: You were great! But unfortunately, we're still in danger. The controls are not responding. We're going to crash into Prometia.
Stella: We could power up the Lumens with our Cosmix, like last time.
Captain: Without the ruby, it won't work! We need it to channel the light energy and steer the ship.
Timmy: Surprise! We got you a little something!
Captain: Hard to starboard! Quick!
- The Lumens immediately get back to work*
Captain: We're safe! Peripla has resumed its course.
Lumens: Thank you, Winx!
Riven: Here is our mysterious little ruby thief.
Orion: My name is Orion and I am an astroscientist. I don't steal rubies for the money. Prometia, my home planet, was plunged into darkness. I'm trying to find a way to return light to Iridia, the star that once illuminated Prometia, and prevent our vegetation from withering completely.
Musa: And for that, you'd set Peripla and its crew adrift? Kinda selfish, don't you think?
Orion: You're right. But soon, the people of Prometia will have no food left. I don't know what else to do!
Bloom: Do you think we can trust him?
Aisha: Well, he has good intentions. Even if what he was doing was wrong.
Bloom: Orion, we'll help you!
Orion: You can do that?
Riven: Are you willing to help a thief?
Musa: Something wrong with giving someone a second chance?
Stella: Using our powers, the star that illuminated your world will shine even brighter than before!
Orion: I can lead you to Iridia!
Scene: Peripla
Timmy: We're gonna return all the stolen rubies to their owners!
Orion: See you on Prometia!
Riven: Musa! Be careful. I don't trust him!
Musa: What's that? Riven, you wouldn't be jealous, would you?
Riven: Of a thief and a liar? Of course not! But you'll see I'm right. He's no good. You're setting yourself up for disappointment.
Musa: Don't worry, I know what it's like to be disappointed.
Ending
Narrator: The Winx and Twinkly follow their new ally, Orion, to Iridia, where they discover the core has been shattered, and even their Cosmix power can't fix it. Meanwhile, Valtor contacts Orion and offers him a deal. If Orion can neutralize the Winx, he will save Permitia, Orion's world.
