Doom of the Lighthouse Star
Intro/Recap
Narrator: After saving Peripla from the dangerous black hole, the Winx faced an asteroid monster summoned by Valtor. Meanwhile, the Specialists captured a mysterious ruby thief named Orion, who turns out to be an astroscientist determined to save his home planet of Prometia at any cost.
Scene: Space
Twinkly: Can we go any faster?
Flora: Might be nice to get there in one piece!
Stella: We're almost there, Twinkly. I know we'll be able to fix Iridia's core.
Musa: And save Prometia like we promised Orion.
Twinkly: And you can meet my friend Lumilla. She's totally starsome!
Stella: Twinkly! Wait for us!
Scene: Orion's Spacecraft
Orion: Good thing the Winx agreed to come with me. I wouldn't be allowed back on Iridia without them. Prepare for landing!
Scene: Space
Twinkly: Yay! We're so close! It's right over there!
Stella: Where? I don't see anything.
Twinkly: Oh! It's so dark.
Stella: Those poor Lumens.
Flora: Not just the Lumens! Without Iridia's light, the plants on Prometia can't grow. Everyone on the planet will go hungry!
Stella: Don't worry, Flora. That's why Dorana gave us the Cosmix power. We'll turn Iridia's light back on and save everyone!
Scene: Iridia
Twinkly: Hello! Anybody home?
Stella: I was hoping for a more happening welcome party.
Aisha: It's okay! We're here to help!
Orion: You have a difficult job to do. This core took some heavy damage.
Lumen #1: And whose fault is that, Orion?
Lumen #2: You have some nerve showing up here.
Lumen #3: Yeah! I can't even believe you decided to show your face.
Flora: Okay, will someone tell us what's going on?
Lumen #2: A swarm of dark creatures attacked the core. They drained all the energy out of it.
Tecna: The staryummies! They attacked Lumenia, too.
Orion: I-I had nothing to do with that!
Lumen #2: But then you broke it!
Orion: That's technically true.
Twinkly: You did that?
Orion: I know it looks bad, but I was just trying to fix it. I guess it was...
Musa: An epic fail?
Orion: Unfortunately, you're right.
Twinkly: Don't be mad! My friends here saved my star, Lumenia. They can fix Iridia, too.
Aisha: Just give us a chance.
Stella: We can totally do this!
Lumen #4: What do you think?
Lumen #5: I don't know.
Lumen #6: You're our last hope.
Musa: Let's turn it up!
Bloom: Together on three, two, one! Cosmix Power!
Winx: Cosmix Power!
Stella: We got this!
Twinkly: You don't got this.
Lumen #7: They tricked us!
Lumen #8: Nothing's happening!
Musa: What just happened?
Orion: I don't understand! You said your magic could fix it!
Stella: I think this core is too damaged to hold the Cosmix power.
Bloom: You're right, Stella. The other times we rekindled the core, it was always intact. I'm so sorry. When we said we could fix it, we didn't know the core was broken.
Orion: Wait. What?
Stella: Orion, we can try to maybe do some...
Orion: Stop! I've had enough of your worthless promises.
Scene: Valtor's Hideout
Valtor: Their powers are useless!
Obscurum: Another victory! The score is Obscurum - one, Winx - zero! All is going according to plan! And speaking of plans, I've already drawn up the blueprints for the fortress I'll have when I'm king of Lumenia!
Valtor: Is that so?
Obscurum: I'll have not one, but two banquet rooms for my sumptuous feasts. A swimming pool filled with star dust, servants' quarters... Uh, wait, the lowly servants can sleep outside! Ha! Of course, we can't forget my luxurious throne room. And I will have a throne room greater and more comfortable than yours, Your Malignity! Oh... uh... I mean... uh... like yours! No! I... I take it back!
- Valtor sends Obscurum elsewhere*
Obscurum: Ooh... this is kind of comfy!
- He returns*
Obscurum: My throne room will be, uh... a lot smaller than yours. Uh... and uncomfortable, so uncomfortable!
Twinkly: No! I can't believe it didn't work! The Lumens trusted us.
Scene: Iridia
Orion: I trusted you.
Stella: So, our first try was kind of a dud. We just have to figure out another way to restart the core. Even if it's a teensy bit damaged.
Flora: Teensy? That core looks like a spaceship hit it.
Aisha: Not helping, Flora.
Flora: Our Cosmix magic didn't work. Let's cut our losses and go to Prometia. At least we can save the plants.
Tecna: We can't just leave without fixing Iridia's core. Maybe, I can find a way to build some kind of machine to repair it.
Musa: Orion trying to fix it caused the damage in the first place. We could make it even worse.
Flora: That's why we should go to Prometia. At least we can actually do some good there.
Stella: We have to fix Iridia first. I know we can do it.
Musa: Maybe some of us can stay here and work on the core. The rest can go to Prometia and help Flora. Bloom, any thoughts?
Bloom: We've faced impossible situations before. Flora, we're all concerned about Prometia. But splitting up our group will only make both problems worse. Together, we can do it!
Musa: I think Bloom is right.
Orion: You talk a lot about solving the problem, but I don't hear any plans. Just more lies!
Bloom: We really thought our magic would work.
Orion: Your magic is useless! Just parlor tricks! I trusted you and you betrayed me.
Stella: Orion, we feel terrible that we let you down. But we'll find another way. Don't give up on us.
Orion: It's too late. I'll find a solution myself. I have everything I need in my lab.
Bloom: He'll come around. Meanwhile, we'll work together to come up with a plan. Who's with us?
Twinkly: Come on! What happened to working together? This isn't fun anymore!
Musa: The Lumens aren't our biggest fans right now. Twinkly, are you sure this is a good idea?
Twinkly: The Lumens might not help us. But my friend Lumilla will. She's super nice and super smart. And we're super close to her house!
Stella: Is that from Riven?
Musa: Yeah. He wants to know how things are going with Orion "the thief". Should I tell him things are bad, terrible, or hopeless?
Stella: Maybe you should wait to answer until we have some better news.
Scene: Orion's Spacecraft
Orion: I don't need the Winx. All I need are some light rubies, and all our problems will be over.
- Valtor suddenly shows up*
Orion: Who are you?
Valtor: I am Valtor. All that you need to know is that I am a friend.
Orion: I think you have the wrong number.
Valtor: No, Orion. I have a proposition for you. I'll bring back the light to Iridia and save your world.
Orion: I don't make deals with anyone. I've heard enough broken promises.
Valtor: I know the Winx have failed you. But could they ever do this?
Orion: Prometia!
Valtor: Only I can lift the darkness!
Orion: But... how?
Valtor: I can use my powers to fix Iridia's core and bring back the light. Light that will restore life on your planet.
Orion: You don't strike me as someone with a generous heart. What do you want in return?
Valtor: I just ask a small favor.
Orion: I'll do anything.
Valtor: Neutralize the Winx!
Orion: I don't know if I can trust you. But if working with you is the only way to save my world, I guess I have to.
Valtor: What have you got to lose?
Orion: Nothing, I suppose. The Winx didn't deliver. Fine. You have yourself a deal.
Valtor: Excellent. I'll see you soon!
Scene: Valtor's Hideout
Obscurum: Oh, Your Evilness, you're totally a genius! You tricked Orion into thinking you have light powers!
Valtor: That fool will help us get rid of the Winx once and for all!
Scene: Iridia
Twinkly: Yay! I think we’re almost–
Aisha: Twinkly! Are you okay?
Twinkly: Lumilla!
Lumilla: Twinkly!
Twinkly & Lumilla: Twinkly and Lumilla, best friends forever!
Twinkly: That's our special handshake.
Flora: How come we don't have a secret handshake?
Musa: I think a hug is a little less complicated.
Lumilla: Who are your friends?
Twinkly: They're the Winx. Bloom, Aisha, Tecna, Stella, Musa and Flora.
Lumilla: Hi, Winx! Twinkly! I can't believe you're here!
Flora: I don't think I've ever been that happy to see anybody!
Orion: Well, I hope you'll be happy to see me!
Aisha: Not sure about that after the way we left things.
Orion: I think I've come up with a solution before it's too late. First, I want to apologize for the way I acted before. I was just upset and I shouldn't have taken it out on you.
Bloom: Apology accepted, Orion.
Aisha: You wanna tell us your great idea?
Orion: Even better. I'll show it to you.
Tecna: Whoa! What's this?
Orion: I call it a Light Enhancer. It'll fill Prometia with artificial light so the plants can grow again.
Tecna: That's brilliant! Literally!
Orion: Tecna, I knew your scientific mind would appreciate my invention. I calculated the exact point on Prometia where it needs to go. Can you handle this? With your Cosmix powers, you can reach Prometia sooner than me.
Stella: Sounds great, but how will we find the right place?
Orion: The Enhancer will tell you exactly where you should go.
Flora: Wonderful! I think we should leave for Prometia right now. We have to save the plants before things get any worse.
Bloom: This is a mission for the Winx!
Musa: And to think, Riven didn't trust you!
Orion: Here's how it works: Just follow the Light Enhancer, it'll beep when you're in the right place.
Stella: Now we can save Prometia.
Twinkly: I know you can do it!
Bloom: Twinkly, aren't you coming?
Twinkly: I think I should stay here. Lumilla and I will try to get the Lumens to trust you.
Lumilla: Then, maybe, they can help you find a way to fix the core.
Stella: That sounds like a starsome plan!
Lumilla: It was nice to meet you all!
Orion: Good luck! I'm counting on you!
Scene: Specialists' Spacecraft
Helia: Was that Musa? How are things going between you two, Riven?
Riven: Too bad. Apparently, she and the Winx are now friends with that ruby thief!
Sky: You mean Orion?
Riven: I don't care what his name is. I just know I don't trust him.
Helia: Why? I think he was sincere. About saving his world, at least. Anyone would be.
Riven: Why are you all on his side? It's his fault that we're wandering through the Magic Universe trying to return the rubies he stole!
Brandon: Hey, is someone getting jealous in here?
Riven: Who? Me? Why should I be jealous?
Brandon: Because Orion is on a mission with Musa, while you're stuck here with us.
Riven: Yeah... stuck here with you!
Scene: Lumilla's House
Lumilla: Oh, Twinkly! This is so great! Shall we have a snack?
Twinkly: Yay! Like the good old days!
Lumilla: Choose any tea you want! Shooting Star and Bright Galaxy are super delicious! Try these! The best stardust cookies on Iridia! Some sugar? I'm so happy you're here! Even if... there's not much else to be happy about, with the core off.
Twinkly: Don't worry, Lumilla! I'm sure the Winx will find a way to fix it!
- Lumino mewos*
Lumilla: Are you worried too, Lumino? The Winx are our last hope.
Twinkly: Hey, remember that game we played when we were just little Lumens?
Lumilla: You mean, close your eyes, make a wish and everything will be okay?
Twinkly: Right, that!
Lumilla: I wish for the Winx to bring the light back to Iridia!
Twinkly: And I wish that we will always be friends, Lumilla!
Lumilla: Come on, let's go! We have to convince the Lumens to trust the Winx!
Twinkly: I better stock up on sweetness then!
- The Lumens leave and Lumino enjoys the snack*
Scene: Prometia
Bloom: Orion said the Enhancer would tell us exactly where to go.
Stella: Right now, it doesn't look very cooperative.
Musa: Maybe, we landed too far away?
Tecna: This looks like the perfect time to show off my latest invention! I call it, "Winx Board". With these, we'll explore stars and worlds in no time!
Aisha: Tecna, have I already told you you are a genius?
Tecna: It's super easy to ride. Just keep your balance!
Bloom: Great! Let's go, Winx! Where do we go now?
Stella & Flora: That way!
- They point to opposite directions*
Flora: There are more plants that way. We could try to help them while we look for the right point to place the enhancer!
Stella: That'll take too long! And we're already out of time. That direction looks easier and safer.
Flora: Fine, Stella. We'll do it your way.
- A stream hits Flora*
Flora: "Safer", huh? Good call, Stella.
- The machine beeps*
Bloom: This is the place.
Musa: I wonder why Orion didn't come here himself.
Stella: He probably wanted to figure out how to fix Iridia's core.
Flora: Oh no. Maybe I can revive them. My magic can't even help them! Bloom! Activate the Light Enhancer now! If we wait any longer, Prometia's plants might never recover.
Stella: We can't let Orion down again!
Bloom: On it!
- Bloom puts it on the ground*
Stella: What now?
Bloom: I guess we wait.
Flora: It's working! I think...
Stella: Is this supposed to happen?
Bloom: I... don't know!
Tecna: Did you press the right button?
Bloom: There's only one!
Aisha: What's going on?
Bloom: No!
Scene: Valtor's Hideout
Valtor: The plan is in motion. The Winx will trouble us no longer!
Obscurum: It's as brilliant as it is evil! I love our plan! I meant your plan!
Scene: Prometia
Stella: Orion played us this whole time! Some friend!
Flora: You mean enemy?
Ending
Narrator: The Winx fall into a trap set by Orion and Valtor, but Flora and Stella manage to escape it and will do whatever they can to save their friends. Meanwhile, Obscurum turns all the Lumens of Iridia into staryummies. The Winx must get free and race to the rescue before it's too late!
